Ben Stokes , born 4 June 1991 in Christchurch, New Zealand, is one of the most explosive and dynamic all-rounders in modern cricket. The son of former New Zealand rugby league player Gerald Stokes, Ben combines aggressive batting with effective seam bowling, making him a game-changer in all formats. Stokes joined Durham at 18 and made an early mark in youth cricket, scoring a century in the 2010 U-19 World Cup and performing strongly in first-class cricket. He made his ODI debut in 2011 and Test debut in 2013, immediately showing his potential with both bat and ball, including a maiden Test century and a six-wicket haul in the Ashes. Despite intermittent injuries and disciplinary setbacks, Stokes consistently bounced back with world-class performances.
